â¨Overnight Cinnamon rollsâ¨
These cinnamon rolls are impossible to mess up and are the perfect make ahead breakfast that will be a hit every time!
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp yeast
3 cups warm water
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
10 cups flour
Filling:
(1 stick) butter, softened
3 Tbsp cinnamon
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
Instructions:
đIn a large bowl, mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let it sit until bubbly.
đAdd salt, eggs, oil, and 5 cups of flour. Mix for 5 minutes.
đGradually add the remaining 5 cups of flour and mix for another 5 minutes.
đCover and let the dough rise until doubled in size.
đRoll out the dough, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar, and sugar.
đRoll up the dough, slice, and place the rolls in a greased pan.
đLet rise on the counter for 8 hours.
đBake at 350°F for 12-17 minutes.
