✨Overnight Cinnamon rolls✨
These cinnamon rolls are impossible to mess up and are the perfect make ahead breakfast that will be a hit every time!
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp yeast
3 cups warm water
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
10 cups flour
Filling:
(1 stick) butter, softened
3 Tbsp cinnamon
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
Instructions:
🍁In a large bowl, mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let it sit until bubbly.
🍁Add salt, eggs, oil, and 5 cups of flour. Mix for 5 minutes.
🍁Gradually add the remaining 5 cups of flour and mix for another 5 minutes.
🍁Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size.
🍁Roll out the dough, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar, and sugar.
🍁Roll up the dough, slice, and place the rolls in a greased pan.
🍁Let rise on the counter for 8 hours.
🍁Bake at 350°F for 12-17 minutes.
