I know, I know every recipe says that it is sOOooOOoOoO easy, but this one really is THAT easy. The great thing about this recipe is that all you have to do is throw apples in the crock pot and wait! This is the crockpot that I have and love!

✨2 INGREDIENT APPLE SAUCE✨
Ingredients:
4-5 Fuji apples (use your favorite sweeter apple)
2 tsp lemon juice
cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Cut up your apples into quarters - I prefer my applesauce with no skins so I peel them first!) I have both of these apple peelers and i love them both, it just depends on your counter tops. Linked here and here
Put your peeled and quartered apples and lemon juice in your crock pot on high for four hours. (add cinnamon here if you are using it!)
You can use an immersion blender or blender to blend! (I used my ninja blender and it worked perfectly!)
Add the blended apple sauce to mason jars and water bath can for 5 minutes. You can also add this to mason jars that are freezer friendly and put in the freezer!
We have had so much success with freezing apple sauce when I didn't have time to can it. I just pull it out the morning that we want to have it with dinner!
