Simple 4-Ingredient Granola Recipe

This is one of the easiest recipes that I make! You can change this recipe up in so many different ways to fit you or your family! I made this specific recipe to bring to work to put in my yougurt and I loved it.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of oats
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup
- Cinnamon (as much as you like)
Instructions:
1. Measure 3 cups of oats and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, microwave 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup for 25 seconds. Stir the mixture well.
3. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the oats and stir until everything is thoroughly combined.
4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet (I like to add foil first so the granola doesn't stick) and bake it in the oven at 275°F for 20 minutes.
5. Take the granola out of the oven and give it a good stir.
6. Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until it turns a nice golden brown.
7. Allow the granola to cool and harden, then store it in a mason jar for future enjoyment!
